cant connect to my database in mysql i want to connect to a database which i have created in mysql… but when i try to connect to it using java code i get the error 1045… also i am unable to create database from my user name.. home that is mohit$ however if i sign in as root user then i can access the database and create tables.

another problem is that when i access the mysql through my home mohit$ i cant view the databases created as root user. my list of databases when i enter show databases doesnt show the databases created when in root.

plss help thank you
